ANZAED member
The Australia and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders (ANZAED) is the peak body representing and supporting the activities of all professionals working in the field of eating disorders and related issues in Australia & New Zealand.
Members receive a 20% discount to the conference. New members are welcome by going to: Austraila & New Zealand Academy For Eating Disorders, or by downloading and submitting one of these registration forms.
Registrations at the ANZAED discount rate will be referred to ANZAED for confirmation.

Student
Eligible to full-time students only. To register at the student rate, current Student ID is required to be scanned and emailed to
conference cedd.org.au
within 5 working days of registration. Otherwise, registrations will be rejected.
Carer
Family members or friends caring for someone with an eating disorder are welcome to attend the conference and register at the Carer rate. This allows attendance at all general conference activities including educational workshops specifically focussing on carer issues. Note that the conference is an educational, rather than a support forum.
General
The General membership rate is open to professionals working with people who may have an Eating Disorder. This includes Doctors, Nurses, Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers, Dietitians, Physiotherapists, OT’s and other health professionals, School Counsellors, Teachers, Welfare Workers, Support Workers and others. Other interested members of the community are invited to register at the General rate as well.
CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
Payment Information and On-Line Registration
- Registrations will only be accepted by registering on-line via the Secure Site.
On-line Registrations will be available mid January. Please check our website later to register.
- Alternate registration arrangements may be made in special circumstances by emailing the Conference Secretariat on:

- Payments are accepted by Credit Card or Cheque/Money order only. We are unable to accept payments by bank transfer.
- All registrations must be accompanied by full payment. A Tax Invoice can be generated during the online registration process. In this case, the registration is considered to be conditional, pending payment within 10 business days. This may be extended for public service employees.
- Payments must be in AUD$.
- Cheques should be made payable to “University of Sydney”. Remittance details are found on the Invoice generated during the registration process..
Confirmation of Booking
- Emailed confirmation and a receipt of payment will be sent. Further details and directional maps are available on this website.
- We strongly recommend that you do not book travel until a place is confirmed in writing.
Registration Fee Cancellations
- Registration fees are not refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Conference Convenor. Refund payments will be made after the Conference.
- However, name substitutions will be accepted upon notification of the Conference Secretariate:
conference cedd.org.au.
Liability
The workshop organisers accept no responsibility for any loss incurred by registrants resulting from their attendance at the workshop. Organisers reserve the right to alter the program without notice.
